Accounts and authorized use
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and access only workspaces and data you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the instructions, replies, and configuration you submit through your account. Notify the operator if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.
You may use Better Agent for your own work and your organization's authorized business activities. Do not access another person's account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malware, or use the service to violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Your content and customer information
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize Better Agent and its service providers to process, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions. This permission does not authorize publishing your private support conversations for unrelated purposes.
Make sure you have the necessary authority and permissions to submit customer information, knowledge materials, and workspace content. Your organization is responsible for its customer-facing privacy notices and lawful use of its support data.
AI responses and integrations
AI responses can contain errors or incomplete information. Review responses and decisions before relying on them, especially when they affect customers. You remain responsible for your human replies and the configuration of automated support.
Third-party services, model providers, and integrations have their own terms and privacy practices. Service availability can depend on those providers and your configuration.
Paid services
If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation process must be disclosed at checkout or in your separate business agreement. An account deletion request and subscription cancellation are different actions; check any active subscription with the provider through which it was purchased.
Availability, suspension, and closure
The service may change as features are developed. Access may be restricted to address misuse, a security issue, or a legal requirement. Where feasible, the operator should provide notice and explain the effect on your account. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
You can stop using the service at any time. Signing out or uninstalling the mobile app does not delete the account. See account deletion for the request process and its current availability.
Privacy and ownership
See the Privacy Policy for how account and support data are handled. Better Agent's software, branding, and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content or the service.
Liability and disputes
The service cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. Any limitations on warranties or liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and your separate business agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before competent courts in accordance with applicable law. Contact the operator about a dispute or service concern.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect where required by applicable law or an existing agreement.
